Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a T Desk Sales Specialist in Switzerland to drive outbound calls for repair opportunities, manage quotes, and convert inquiries into orders. Qualifications

• Experience in customer engagement, telemarketing, inside sales, call center operations, customer service, lead generation, or sales support.
• Completed commercial or business administration apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification, with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong customer relationship and telephone communication skills, with the confidence and resilience to contact customers repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment, explaining simple topics clearly and moving customers toward an order decision.
• Interest in developing sales skills, including needs identification, follow-up and basic commercial argumentation.
• Tech-savvy with Service Sales CRM, Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Fluency in French is required; English is desirable; German/Italian are assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined regional portfolio of elevator units, customers and T repair opportunities under the T Desk Manager.
• Execute daily outbound calling campaigns to follow up on repair opportunities, quotations, and lists.
• Process inspection reports as sales leads and drive follow-up until order or handover.
• Serve as contact for inquiries related to repair quotations; coordinate next steps.
• Request missing information from inspection report authors when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with service departments to support repair execution.
• Register orders in the system and forward to the branch responsible for execution.
• Spend substantial time on the phone to explain repair needs and convert opportunities into orders.
• Provide first-level sales and customer assistance, escalating complex cases to Mister T colleagues.
• Act as liaison between customers, Mister T colleagues, supervisors and field teams.
