Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer engagement, telemarketing or sales support.
• Completed commercial or business administration apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to promote repair opportunities and follow up on quotations.
• Coordinate with regional branches and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and regular follow-up with customers to convert opportunities into orders.
