Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Laws or Economics.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with sanctions and compliance in banking is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication in FR and EN.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanctions due diligence on clients during onboarding.
• Perform analysis on sanctions hits escalated by Compliance Monitoring.
• Assess exposure to sectoral sanctions and export controls.
• Provide recommendations on client relationship approvals or escalations.
• Draft and maintain sanctions policies and procedures.
• Participate in calibration of sanctions screening systems.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and risk monitoring.
