Job summary

XEFI Switzerland is actively looking for a Sales Assistant to support the growth of its Swiss franchise network. You will work alongside the Swiss Country Director and help recruit new franchisees by identifying strong candidates and securing qualified appointments.

The role involves managing the sales pipeline, maintaining CRM data, and contributing to the network’s visibility through events and targeted LinkedIn activity. Fluency in French and German is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial training or equivalent in business, with a focus on development (B2B).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for prospecting.
• Excellent organisation, rigour and autonomy in daily tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify the best franchise candidates through multichannel prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, monitoring, recommendations).
• Arrange qualified appointments to feed the Country Director’s schedule and contribute to network development.
• Structure and monitor the sales pipeline: CRM, databases, prospect tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of XEFI Switzerland’s visibility by assisting with events and LinkedIn communications.
