Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional) to join remotely from Switzerland, 2–3 days per week. You will define and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business focused on AI search optimization, owning design system, landing pages in Webflow, and sales assets.

You will work directly with the founding team, translate briefs into compelling concepts, and deliver production-ready assets with autonomy. Opportunity to transition to full-time as workload grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS or agency for SaaS clients.
• Portfolio showing cohesive brand identity across websites, sales materials, and ads.
• Proficient in Figma; experience launching live Webflow sites.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides; create reusable templates.
• Strong typography and layout with high attention to detail.
• Fast, self-directed, able to turn briefs into multiple concepts.
• Ability to work within an existing visual system and improve it.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams with US Eastern overlap.
• Bonus: motion design tools; basic HTML/CSS; SEO or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve design system; audit materials; document standards in Figma.
• Design and develop landing pages and site sections in Webflow.
• Build scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint/Slides.
• Produce advertising and social creatives for LinkedIn, paid, display.
• Create product mockups, feature graphics, motion assets.
• Publish and handoff assets; Webflow CMS updates; email templates.
• Translate briefs into visual concepts; own creative direction.
• Partner with founding team on visual identity.
• Work efficiently in fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.
• Help establish visual foundations for a growing category.
