Infinigate Group is expanding its Group FP&A team to own cost controlling for holding entities and to drive smarter, more automated reporting across the Group. You will partner with IT and central finance, shape budgets and forecasts, and lead KPI reporting transformations with a data-led approach.

You will become a key user of CCH Tagetik and collaborate with Finance Systems to improve reporting structures, data quality, and planning workflows while working on-site in Zug as part of a driven,

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics or related discipline
• 4-7 years of FP&A, business controlling, finance transformation or analytics, ideally international
• Strong understanding of financial performance, planning and management information
• Exposure to IT cost management is helpful but not essential
• Hands-on with planning/reporting systems; CCH Tagetik is a big plus
• Strong Excel skills; ability to turn data into clear, decision-ready analysis
• Interest in data and automation; Power BI/Power Query/SQL a plus
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple teams to deliver improvements
• Fluent English required and strong communication with stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Holding cost ownership for Group holding entities and identifying risks and opportunities
• IT cost management: analyze drivers, commitments, allocations and forecasts
• Drive budgets, rolling forecasts and actual-versus-budget analysis
• Business partnering with holding management, central functions and regional finance
• Lead KPI and reporting transformation with Data & Analytics and central data platform
• Improve reporting structures, planning workflows, and data quality across systems
