Job summary

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Global Transformation Leader to own Finance & Controlling processes and shape an enterprise-wide transformation roadmap. You will collaborate with process owners across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Master Data from the Zug HQ, driving automation and data-powered improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting with global process design leadership.
• Expert knowledge of FI/CO processes (Record-to-Report, close, fixed assets, intercompany).
• Proven track record delivering multi-year transformation roadmaps in scaling organisations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong data analysis.
• Experience in Global Process Owner or similar model.
• IFRS knowledge; FMCG/consumer goods experience a plus.
• Fluent English; German desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a rolling 2-3 year transformation roadmap for processes, data and systems.
• Own Finance & Controlling processes from close to intercompany accounting.
• Turn functions into clear, connected processes with one accountable owner.
• Lead the Global Process Owners community and set cross-functional improvement agendas.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and smarter data usage to replace workarounds.
• Test process and systems architecture against growth plans (brands, markets, M&A).
• Set up governance to prioritise and fund initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team with the CFO and executive team.
