Infinigate (Schweiz) AG is expanding its Group FP&A team to own cost controlling for holding entities and drive automated reporting across the Group. You will partner with IT and central functions to improve budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on implementation of reporting improvements using CCH Tagetik, Power BI, and SQL. An on-site presence in Zug is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 4-7 years FP&A, business controlling, finance transformation, or related project-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, planning and management information.
• Experience with budgets, cost drivers and stakeholders; IT cost management is helpful.
• Hands-on with planning/reporting systems; knowledge of CCH Tagetik is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to turn data into clear analyses.
• Interest in data and automation; familiarity with Power BI/Query/SQL is a plus.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating across teams to improve systems and reporting.
• Structured, analytical thinker; clear communication and action orientation.
• Self-starter who owns projects and challenges the status quo.
• Fluent English required.
• Willing to work on-site at the office in Zug for at least 3 days.

Role summary

Join our Group FP&A team and make a visible impact: own cost controlling for our holding entities and lead projects that transform the way we use financial information and report KPIs.

Main responsibilities

• Holding cost ownership: Take the lead on cost controlling for our Group holding entities, bringing transparency to spend and partnering with cost owners to identify risks, opportunities and actions.

• IT cost management: Be the finance partner for Group IT, understand the drivers behind operating and project spend, challenge assumptions and keep a clear view on commitments, allocations and forecasts.

• Planning and forecasting: Drive budgets, rolling forecasts and actual-versus-budget analysis for central functions; turn variances and run rates into realistic outlooks and practical recommendations.

• Business partnering: Work with holding management, central function leaders, Accounting and regional finance teams to challenge spending constructively and support better decisions.

• Make CCH Tagetik better: Become a key FP&A user of CCH Tagetik (Wolters Kluwer) and work with Finance Systems to improve reporting structures, planning workflows, data quality and the overall user experience.

• Lead KPI and reporting transformation: Own our KPI reporting project with Data & Analytics, move towards automated reporting from a central data platform and lead related systems and process improvements from idea to rollout.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics or a related discipline, with a strong business and analytical mindset.

• Around 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, finance transformation, business analytics or related project-focused roles, ideally in an international environment.

• A good understanding of financial performance, planning and management information - and, more importantly, an interest in the business story behind the numbers.

• Confidence working with budgets, cost drivers and stakeholders; exposure to IT cost management is helpful, but not essential.

• Hands-on exposure to financial planning and reporting systems, with the curiosity to challenge and improve how they work; experience with CCH Tagetik would be a big plus.

• Strong Excel skills and an ability to turn complex data into clear, decision-ready analysis.

• An interest in data and automation; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL or similar tools is a plus.

• Experience independently leading projects and bringing different teams together to deliver improvements to systems, processes or reporting.

• A structured, analytical thinker who can see the bigger picture, communicate clearly and turn ideas into concrete actions.

• A self-starter who is happy to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, challenge the status quo and run with a project.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with Finance, IT and senior stakeholders; fluent English required.

• Someone who brings positive energy, curiosity and a sense of humour - and enjoys working in a driven, supportive team where people help each other succeed.

• Willing to work on-site at the office in Zug for at least 3 days.
