Job summary

Fusionality is building the measurement, simulation and control stack for future fusion energy reactors in Lausanne, Switzerland. We seek a Founding Operator to join the founders and help scale the company from the ground up, handling non-technical operations and domain ownership.

You will sit at the heart of the startup, coordinating with engineering, customers and business teams, and shaping grants, finance, hiring or contracting as needed while building a strong foundational team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving hiring, budgeting, grants, or contracting.
• Willing to follow up and own tasks.
• Thrilled about building energy infrastructure and working at a tech startup.

Responsibilities

• Run operations across procurement, vendors, contracts, office management, finance and admin.
• Own a domain such as grants, finance, hiring or contracting.
• Ensure connections between engineering, customers and business sides; track and follow through.
