Anthropos is hiring its first marketing lead in Chiasso, Switzerland to own and grow marketing end-to-end. You will write copy, ship campaigns, run events, and shape our brand across channels, working directly with the CEO and sales team.

This is a highly operational role requiring a track record in startups across demand gen, content, events, and product marketing, with strong English skills. Italian is a plus and relocation support is available.

Qualifikationen

• Entrepreneurial marketer with hands-on ownership.
• Very operational; acts without waiting for permission.
• Experience in startups across demand gen, content, events, and product marketing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Italian a plus.
• Expert use of Claude Code for marketing.

Aufgaben

• Design and run demand generation campaigns from day one.
• Own SEO and presence in AI assistants and search.
• Plan and run conferences, dinners, and events.
• Shape content and brand across website, blog, LinkedIn, and emails.
• Measure performance, report results, and iterate quickly.
• Build repeatable processes and help grow a team.
