Job summary

Lonio is building an AI-native backoffice outsourcing service for finance & HR in Switzerland. This role leads the product roadmap for compliance AI automation, translating complex payroll rules into precise specs and working daily with engineering to ship features.

You will engage with customers in discovery and demos to shape the roadmap. We value a trajectory over credentials, with strong product fundamentals and ownership.

Qualifications

• Understand what AI agents can and can't reliably do today.
• Write specs precise enough for engineers to implement without guessing edge cases.
• Strong product fundamentals: prioritization and turning ambiguity into a plan.
• Learn fast in a regulated domain you likely don't know yet.
• Take ownership, including undefined parts of the job.
• Care about outcomes more than titles.
• Comfortable working shoulder to shoulder with engineers daily.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex Swiss HR and payroll compliance logic into specs engineers can build from without gaps.
• Own the product roadmap for our compliance AI automation workflows.
• Work daily with engineering to scope work, sequence what ships next, and catch edge cases before they become technical debt.
• Join customer conversations during discovery and demos to understand problems firsthand.
