Join is building Lonio, an AI-native backoffice outsourcing service for Swiss payroll. Engineers will work partly on customer sites, automate payroll processes, and develop AI-powered workflows to tighten compliance and delivery.

You’ll write specs and collaborate with the founders to shape the product from day one. We value diverse backgrounds, fast learning, ownership, and a willingness to help build one of Switzerland’s first AI-native service companies, with equity options and paying
