Job summary

Lonio in Switzerland is building an AI-native backoffice outsourcing service for payroll. You will work on customer sites a couple of days per week, automate payroll workflows, and help build a product that handles complex compliance tasks. You will write specs for engineers and collaborate directly with founders to shape the product.
