Job summary

Adaptyv is building an automated biology lab powered by AI and hardware. You will shape the talent function to hire deeply technical people across biology, software, and automation, with a founder-led starting point and fast-moving decision making.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, build a scalable team, optimize inbound pipelines, run work trials, and push Ashby/AI tooling to improve scoring, review, and candidate comms. Lausanne-based, close to our core team.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end to end. Define what we're hiring for with the team, write and post the roles, build the pipeline, run the process, and close people.
• Build the recruiting team. hire and manage specialist recruiters, start with a technical recruiter, become a player-coach.
• Own the inbound pipeline. Ensure strong applicants aren’t lost in the pile.
• Run our work trials. Schedule, match, and create a great candidate experience.
• Make the pitch. Sell the mission and engage candidates authentically.
• Own Ashby and push it further. Leverage AI tooling to improve scoring, reviews, and communications.
• Work with hiring managers across biology, software, automation, and commercial.
• Build org touchpoints: leveling, compensation bands, interview structure, onboarding, offers.
