Adaptyv in Lausanne is seeking a senior talent leader to own hiring strategy and build a recruiting function as we scale from ~25 to ~50 people. You will align talent needs with product and engineering goals, and drive a high-signal interview process across biology, software, and automation.

You’ll manage recruiters, partner with founders, and improve Ashby-based workflows to hire exceptional people who fit our mission of automated wet-lab experimentation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building and leading high-growth recruiting functions.
• Ability to align hiring with business priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of biotech or hardware-enabled AI environments.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end hiring for rapid scale in biotech and tech teams.
• Build and mentor a recruiting team; manage specialist recruiters.
• Design and optimize interview processes and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers across biology, software, automation, and commercial.
• Implement the Ashby ATS and automate workflows.
• Contribute to compensation bands and onboarding processes.
