Verantwortlichkeiten

• Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
• Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards im Service
• Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei der Bewältigung der täglichen Aufgaben
• Buchung aller Umsätze im Kassensystem sowie Durchführung einer korrekten Kassenabrechnung
• Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
• Bereitstellung des benötigten Mise en Place
• Eindeck- und Reinigungsarbeiten im Restaurant-, Bar- und Terrassenbereich
• Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und der Sauberkeit im Rahmen der HACCP-Richtlinien
