Hilton Geneva is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help deliver memorable dining experiences. You will support bar, restaurant, room service, and events, greeting guests and taking orders with a warm, attentive service mindset.

Responsibilities include setting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while delivering the light and warmth of hospitality that Hilton is known for.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work across bar, dining room, room service and events.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’re not just helping prepare for dining and event service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events


• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service


• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware


• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized


• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
