IBM Consulting in Switzerland seeks an experienced FNZ Studio Developer (Version 2025) to join our Client Innovation Center. You will design, develop and configure banking workflows using FNZ Studio with 4–10 years of software development experience and strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects and cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, participate in sprint ceremonies, and ensure quality through best practices and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with FNZ Studio (Version 2025).
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, preferably in wealth management, investment platforms, capital markets, or financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance business workflows and solutions using FNZ Studio (Version 2025).
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend efficient automation and workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
