IBM Consulting in Switzerland seeks an experienced FNZ Studio Developer (Version 2025) to join our Client Innovation Center. You will design, develop and configure banking workflows using FNZ Studio with 4–10 years of software development experience and strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects and cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, participate in sprint ceremonies, and ensure quality through best practices and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with FNZ Studio (Version 2025).
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, preferably in wealth management, investment platforms, capital markets, or financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced FNZ Studio Developer (Version 2025/2024/2023) with 4–10 years of software development experience and a strong background in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working in Agile environments, and hands‑on expertise in developing and configuring solutions using FNZ Studio. Experience with other BPM/workflow platforms will be considered an added advantage.
