You will oversee up to 5 staff, maintain standards across 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments, coordinate linen and inventory, and collaborate with Technical Services and HR. Proficiency in English and Italian is required, German a plus; accommodation and meals offered, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Formal hospitality qualification required.
• Experience leading a team in hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees.
• Ensure impeccable cleaning and maintenance standards across up to 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments.
• Within the assigned staff areas of the hotel, ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness and order.
• Oversee linen management and small inventory for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Technical Services and Human Resources to maintain service quality.
• Participate in team training sessions to develop cleaning standards.
