• Lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees
• Ensure impeccable cleaning and maintenance standards across up to 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned staff areas
• Oversee linen management and small inventory
• Collaborate with Technical Services and HR to uphold service quality
• Participate in team training to develop cleaning standards
