You will oversee linen management, collaborate with Technical Services and Human Resources, and participate in training to drive standards. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5-day week, 43.5 hours, 5 weeks vacation and meals in staff restaurant, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• A completed professional qualification in hospitality and relevant work experience.
• Previous leadership experience enabling team management.
• Good spoken English and Italian; German is an advantage.
• Confident computer skills for daily tasks.
• High initiative, commitment and reliability.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees.
• Ensure impeccable cleaning and maintenance across up to 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments.
• Maintain outstanding cleanliness and order in assigned staff areas.
• Oversee linen management and small inventory for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Technical Services and Human Resources to uphold service quality.
• Participate in team training to continuously improve cleaning standards.
