Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead a team and uphold exceptional cleanliness across staff areas.

You will oversee linen management, collaborate with Technical Services and Human Resources, and participate in training to drive standards. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5-day week, 43.5 hours, 5 weeks vacation and meals in staff restaurant, with career growth opportunities.

• You lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees with confidence and flair.


• Ensuring impeccable cleaning and maintenance standards across up to 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments is a key part of your role.


• Within the assigned staff areas of the hotel, you ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness and order at all times.


• As a skilled organiser, you oversee linen management and small inventory, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


• Close collaboration with the Technical Services and Human Resources departments enables you to maintain the highest standards of service quality.


• By actively participating in team training sessions, you contribute to the continuous development of our cleaning standards.
