Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a painter, decorator, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in painting, decorating, renovation, and maintenance work.
• Strong technical knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, surface preparation, coatings, materials, and finishes.

Aufgaben

• Paint, decorate, and perform minor repairs throughout the hotel and staff housing, meeting high standards.
• Carry out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work with surface preparation.
• Inspect and touch-up guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain impeccable appearance.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance on walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other painted surfaces.
• Collaborate with Technical Services and assist with renovations, seasonal preparations, and events.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail, minimising guest disruption.
• Occasionally take on on-call duty shifts for emergencies.
