Pilatus Aircraft is seeking an experienced test/pilot to join our team in Switzerland. You will participate in production and experimental flight tests, serve as an instructor for internal and external training, and perform PIC duties on ferry, demo and acceptance flights.

Ideal candidates have an EASA CPL or frozen ATPL with IR(A), 1000+ PIC hours, and instructor ratings. German language is a plus; strong team and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Holder of EASA FCL CPL or (frozen) ATPL with IR(A) and EASA medical certificate class 1.
• Minimum 1000h PIC and extensive SPO experience.
• Instructor Rating FI(A), CRI(A), or TRI (SPO/MPO) desirable.
• Operating experience in Swiss, EU, NAT and oceanic airspace; CAT 1 or 2 test pilot rating desirable.
• Military aviation background desirable.
• English LPL 4 minimum and German an advantage.
• Highly team-minded and proactive communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct production and experimental flight test.
• Act as an instructor pilot for internal and external flight training.
• Conduct various operational flights as PIC including ferry, demo and acceptance.
• Act as SME to support Pilatus internal and external customers.
• Support the department by publishing and updating documentations.
• Act as a project pilot for customer related, engineering or other projects.
