LEMO GROUP in Ecublens, Switzerland, seeks a Product Development Project Manager to lead strategic new product development from concept to market launch, within Sales & Marketing with a PMO reporting line.

You will manage full lifecycle, align stakeholders, drive design, validation, industrialisation and launch, ensuring quality, cost, on-time delivery and risk management while coordinating cross-functional teams across subsidiaries.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering (microtechnology, mechanical engineering, materials science, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product development project management in industrial or microtechnology environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

• Lead strategic new product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, objectives, planning, resources, stakeholders, progress tracking.
