Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Optics, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven semiconductor industry experience is essential, ideally within a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, metrology company, or fabrication environment.
• Strong track record of leading complex technical development or R&D projects.
• Deep technical expertise in systems engineering, mechatronics, electronics, optics, or a related field.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing technical stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept to deployment.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive system-level design activities and coordinate requirements across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls teams.
• Develop and evaluate concepts for next-generation products and technologies.
• Lead design reviews, system integration, and technical decision-making.
• Create and execute test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
• Present project updates and strategies to leadership and customers.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations of complex issues.
• Support manufacturing and field teams with technical escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.
