Renaix in Switzerland seeks a Financial Controller to join the Group Controlling team. The role focuses on financial insight across international businesses, with emphasis on performance, reporting and operational analysis.

You will work with senior finance stakeholders to support country leadership, analyze revenue and costs, review reports, manage cash and FX exposure, and contribute to ad hoc analyses with regional and group teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field, or ACCA/CPA.
• Minimum of five years' experience in external audit, financial controlling or a comparable finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to SAP; English fluent; other languages advantageous.

Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, the role will provide financial insight across a portfolio of international businesses, with a strong focus on financial performance, reporting and operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in the financial oversight of assigned countries and businesses.

• Undertake cost control and review operational expenditure.
• Review weekly and monthly financial reporting and investigate key variances.
• Review working capital, cash management and foreign exchange exposure.
• Undertake ad hoc financial analysis in collaboration with regional and group finance teams.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
• Minimum of five years' experience within external audit, financial controlling or a comparable finance role.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to understand operational performance.
• Experience within the logistics sector, either directly or through a substantial external audit portfolio, is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to SAP.
• Business fluent in English; French, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
