Job summary

KJUS, part of the Acushnet Company family, seeks a Financial Accountant to join our international finance team. You will handle bookkeeping for multiple entities, support AR/AP activities, and assist the Financial Accounting Manager on various projects, ensuring accurate reporting and VAT compliance across borders.

Qualifications

• Commercial education with further education in Finance and Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance position within an international business environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments, coordination with external consultants, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including backup for invoice processing.
• Support accounts payable activities, including payment initiation.
• Assist Financial Accounting Manager in projects, analyses, and technical accounting matters.
• Collaborate with Shared Service Center to ensure efficient, accurate processes.
• Manage the general Finance mailbox and communications with customers and vendors.
• Oversee the dunning process and support cash collection.
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages for all entities.
• Maintain VAT tax codes within the ERP system.
• Ensure proper document storage and retention per company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Accounting Manager.

Key responsabilities:

• Responsible for bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments, coordination with external consultants, and intercompany reconciliation activities.

Requirements:
