Job summary

KJUS is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our hybrid team in Risch-Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will manage bookkeeping for multiple entities, support AR/AP activities, and assist the Financial Accounting Manager on key projects.

The role requires 5+ years of international accounting experience, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial education with further education in Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing and intercompany reconciliation.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing backup.
• Support accounts payable activities, including payment initiation.
• Assist Financial Accounting Manager on projects, analyses and technical accounting matters.
• Coordinate with Shared Service Center for efficient financial processes.
