KJUS is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative reporting to the Director Sourcing & Administrative Director LKI Offices. This role focuses on supporting B2B customers, export managers, and distributors with premium service and lasting relationships in Mainland Europe.

You will check, record, process, and monitor orders (electronic, telephone, and written), coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe, and manage returns and credit notes with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a Sales Office or similar environment.
• Fluent in German and English; French at least intermediate.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Very organized with calm, precise working style in busy times.
• Sporty and team-spirited.
• Commercial or retail education completed.

Responsabilités

• Support B2B customers, Export Manager, and Distributors with inside sales support in Mainland Europe; focus on premium service and long-term relationships.
• Check, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written).
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe.
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy.
• Cooperate with logistics partners; monitor and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer sales advice, including order statistics, availability, and product information.
• Provide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload and priorities to ensure day-to-day operations.
• Support B2C customers.

The Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director Sourcing & Administrative Director LKI Offices.

Key Responsabilities:

• Support our B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representative, Distributors through inside sales support in Mainland Europe with a focus on premium service and long-term relationships
• Check, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written)
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
• Cooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery
• Provide customer sales advice, including order and delivery statistics, availability, and product information.
• Provide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload and business priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support B2C-customers

Requirements :

• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a Sales Office in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high customer- and service-orientation
• Very well-organized person with an accurate working method and the ability to stay calm and keep the overview and friendliness even in hectic times
• Fluent in German and English, minimum intermediate level in French
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, Outlook), knowledge of Netsuite is an advantage
• Sporty and passionate person who likes to take responsibility and lives the team spirit
