KPMG in Switzerland seeks a seasoned Director to lead procurement transformation initiatives for national and international clients. You will shape Target Operating Models, drive performance improvements and manage complex cross-functional programs.

You will build and lead a team of procurement experts, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with CPOs and procurement leaders to deliver value in Source-to-Pay, supplier management and digital procurement solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of professional experience in procurement projects within a consulting firm.
• Deep understanding of procure­ment reorganizations and TO model design, process optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua and other digital procurement solutions.
• Strong Swiss network from past project experience.
• Proven success in business development.
• Strong people leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
• Motivation to grow as a senior procurement leader in a Big Four firm.

Aufgaben

• Acquire and lead procurement engagements with the objective to transform the procurement Target Operating Model, including the technology landscape.
• Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes (Source-to-Pay, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier management, contract management, order management, invoicing & payments).
• Support clients in improving procurement shared service centers, outsourcing contracts, and centralized or decentralized units.
• Advise clients on procurement technology landscape and digital solutions for Source-to-Pay and related functions.
• Steer cross-functional projects within larger transformation programs.
• Support proposals for new engagements with national and international clients.
• Scout and develop the target market for new opportunities.
• Foster relationships with procurement leaders such as CPOs and Heads of Procurement.
• Develop and lead a team of procurement experts and coach employees on growth.
