Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; French knowledge is desirable.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, bank operations and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, monitoring and internal controls for the Geneva CSC.
• Coordinate payroll with GSSC and reconcile payroll deductions for Geneva staff.
• Manage banking relations, reconciliations, and CHF card administration.
• Serve as focal point for UNSMIS, ASHI, La Mutuelle and UNOG financial processes.
• Maintain master data management (MDM) and ensure timely financial reporting.
