Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Controlling & Inventory – Finance Manager for IMFT Technology & Data Solutions. The role supports a major ERP S4/Hana deployment and collaborates with Global Process Owners to design, build and test Controlling and Inventory processes.

You will lead cross‑functional discussions, validate business requirements, and help drive a global finance transformation to standardize operations and enable better decision making.

Formación

• A university degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• 5+ years in finance roles preferred, ideally in supply chain or R&D.
• Experience with process development and improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Agile mindset and ability to drive change across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the finance function in cross-functional discussions on Controlling & Inventory; support ERP/S4Hana design and deployment.
• Collaborate with IMFT & IM Transcend Global Process Owners & teams to capture and define design requirements.
• In collaboration with other programs, manage interdependencies with Signifi/Transact in Controlling & Inventory areas.
• Work with TPOs and System Integrators to ensure Global Template is designed and built to meet business needs with latest technology.
• Document future design as part of Global Template build and support build/testing demos.
• Support deployment during testing cycles and Hypercare as required.
• Collaborate with Master Data team to ensure data setup is correct for Controlling & Inventory.
