Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Controlling & Inventory - Finance Manager within the IMFT program. The role supports design, build and deployment of Controlling and Inventory processes in S4/Hana across global sites, with preferred locations including Zug, Switzerland.

You will collaborate with Global Process Owners, TPOs, and System Integrators to capture requirements, ensure the global template meets business needs, and contribute to a major ERP transformation enabling harmonized finance

Qualifications

University degree in Finance or Economics.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance roles.
Experience with Costing, Inventory & Plant Accounting is a plus.
Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with detail.

Responsibilities

Represent the finance function in cross‑functional discussions on Controlling & Inventory (MAKE and R&D).
Support ERP/S4Hana design, build and deployment for Controlling & Inventory processes.
Capture and define design requirements with Global Process Owners and teams.
Collaborate with TPOs and System Integrators to ensure the Global Template meets business needs.
Help manage interdependencies with other transformational programs.
Support deployment, testing and Hypercare activities.
