Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Controlling & Inventory – Finance Manager, IMFT Technology & Data Solutions. This role supports a global ERP transformation (S4/Hana) and will partner with Global Process Owners, TPOs, and System Integrators to design, build, and deploy Controlling and Inventory processes.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional teams across geographies with case-by-case remote flexibility and a pathway to shape future finance operations in Innovative Medicine.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Agile mindset and ability to work across functions.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Represent the finance function in cross-functional Controlling & Inventory discussions.
• Support ERP/S4Hana design, build, and deployment for Controlling & Inventory.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, TPOs, and System Integrators to capture requirements.
• Manage interdependencies with other transformation programs and ensure design alignment.
• Ensure data validation and testing activities meet business needs.
• Provide hypercare support during deployment as required.
