Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of financial business partnering experience.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and US GAAP.
• Ability to influence decisions through data analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Ability to present complex topics to operational and executive teams.
• Understanding of CapEx and Inventory processes and compliance.
• Awareness of AI concepts and responsible usage.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders across commercial and supply chain to manage CapEx, Inventory, and E&O.
• Lead planning process for CapEx, Inventory, and E&O with global, regional, and local teams.
• Translate targets and strategy into executable plans across markets.
• Drive market accountability and collaborate with markets to deliver plans and mitigation actions.
• Lead reviews of results with regional and global partners.
• Analyze and report working capital performance to franchise teams.
• Contribute to cost and cash flow optimization initiatives.
• Enhance processes for insightful discussions with business leaders.
• Build analytical framework to provide ROI insights on investments.
