The position requires 8–10 years in financial planning and analysis, US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. English proficiency and up to 10% travel are required.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8–10+ years of financial business partnering with value creation.
Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and US GAAP.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence decisions with data.

Aufgaben

Partner with stakeholders across commercial and supply chain to manage CapEx, Inventory, and E&O.
Lead the planning process for CapEx, Inventory, and E&O across markets.
Translate targets into executable regional plans.
Drive market accountability and collaborate to deliver plans.
Lead reviews of results with regional and global partners.
Analyze working capital performance and drive cash-flow improvements.
Contribute to cost and cash-flow optimization initiatives.
Develop analytics framework for ROI on working capital investments.
