Zusammenfassung

Future Kitchens is hiring a Finance Lead to own all accounting functions for the growing food-tech platform. You will run the books, manage weekly partner payouts, and produce formal financial statements.

You will design dashboards and build an automated accounting service for 55+ partner restaurants, delivering as a product rather than a service desk. You report to the CEO and collaborate with Growth and Operations to drive scalable financial systems.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or finance education with pathway to expert level or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on accounting experience in Switzerland, high transaction volume preferred (gastronomy, retail, e-commerce).
• Solid command of Swiss OR, Swiss VAT, and payroll including social insurance.
• Strong systems mindset: automate before you delegate; build workflows once.

Aufgaben

• Run the books: accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, VAT filings under Swiss OR.
• Prepare weekly partner payouts: reconcile revenue from Just Eat, Uber Eats, Wolt and apply terms.
• Prepare financial statements: monthly, quarterly, annual for management, board and investors.
• Build financial dashboards for real-time visibility on revenue, margins, payouts and store performance.
• Develop automated accounting service for partners: payout reconciliation, revenue reporting, clean books as a product.
• Run payroll for internal staff monthly: salaries and statutory withholdings; ensure compliance.
