Job summary

uniqFEED AG in Switzerland is seeking a Finance & HR assistant to share responsibility for day-to-day financial and HR operations. You will support accounts payable/receivable, master data, invoicing, and reporting while handling HR admin tasks and maintaining templates and documentation.

You will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and Senior HR Manager, contributing to accurate processes and timely information across finance and HR functions.

Qualifications

• KV or comparable training; accounting clerk education is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• HR administration experience is ideal.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Abacus, SAP, Sage, or similar).
• Experience handling confidential financial, HR, and company data.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing finance processes and take on tasks independently.
• Accounts payable/receivable and master data maintenance.
• Prepare payment runs and assist AR collections.
• Post day-to-day transactions and reconcile accounts and bank statements.
• Assist with VAT, tax, and year-end closing tasks.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and business analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and controlling.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and admin processes.
