Zusammenfassung

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Business Process Owner – Financial Model to lead financial master data governance, data quality and the design of analytical processes and donor reporting support. You will collaborate across Finance, ERP, IT, and HQ teams to strengthen financial steering and ensure accurate, end-to-end reporting.

Open-ended contract, 100% capacity, Geneva-based role requiring 10–12 years of experience in finance and data management and fluency in

Qualifikationen

Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, automation or equivalent.
Fluent English; French is an asset.
SQL, BI reporting tools, SharePoint and ERP knowledge.
10–12 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in finances and data management.
Experience in non-profit or humanitarian organizations is a plus.

Aufgaben

Owns and governs financial master data and referential data.
Designs and oversees the analytical process and reporting.
Supports donor reporting activities and governance of data.
Drives end-to-end process improvements and transformation projects.
Collaborates with FPA, Data and SSC teams and external auditors.
