The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) seeks a Business Process Owner – financial model to lead financial master data governance and analytical process design. You will own data quality, support donor reporting, and oversee end-to-end financial model improvements across departments.

Based in Geneva, this role requires strong stakeholder management, English proficiency, and extensive experience with ERP systems. Open-ended contract and 100% assignment mobility are possible.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, automation or equivalent.
• Fluent command of English (French is an asset).
• Proficiency in SQL, BI reporting tool, SharePoint; ERP desired.
• Certification in BPM/Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Typically 10–12 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in finances and data management.
• Knowledge of integrated financial information systems and flows.
• NGO/non-profit sector experience is a plus.
• Exposure to internal controls, risk management and audit.
• Experience with modern ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) or equivalents.

Aufgaben

• Owns financial master data and referential data across Finance division.
• Designs and oversees analytical processes and donor reporting support.
• Collaborates with FPA, Data and SSC teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Participates in End-to-End process initiatives and transformation projects.
