The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Business Process Owner – Financial Model in Geneva to lead the design and governance of financial master data, analytical processes and donor reporting. You will work across Finance, Accounting, Logistics, HR and SSCs to ensure accurate, timely financial insights and compliant reporting.

With a strong background in finance and data management, you will drive end-to-end improvements of the financial model, support external audits

Qualifikationen

• Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, automation or equivalent.
• Fluent command of English (French is an asset).
• Computer proficiency—SQL, BI reporting tools; SharePoint; ERP desired.

Aufgaben

• Owns and designs the analytical process of the ICRC and supports Cost & Management Accounting.
• Maintains data governance, data quality and referential data ownership.
• Supports donor reporting with accurate data and plan delivery.
• Drives End-to-End Finance transformation projects and cross-functional collaboration.
