The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva seeks a seasoned Head of Multilateral Partner Engagement to lead the global public sector fundraising strategy and multilateral outreach. You will shape the annual engagement cycle, chair and facilitate high-level partner events, and coordinate cross-divisional teams to secure sustainable funding.

Fluency in English and strong diplomacy are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in external engagement and advocacy.
• Leadership in multi-stakeholder event design and delivery.

Aufgaben

• Manage the DSG cycle including events, governance, and field visits.
• Lead milestone public partner engagements and operational briefings.
• Coordinate development of institutional donor narratives for DSG and partners.
• Advise and coach file holders and cross-team collaborators.
• Maintain relationships with DSG member states and donor governments.
• Support field engagement activities and pursue innovative collective engagement.
• Ensure alignment of public sector fundraising with REM priorities.
