ETH Space is seeking a seasoned finance and administration professional to lead Finance & Controlling and support Office Management at ETH Space in Zurich. You will manage budgets, project finances, procurement, invoicing and recruitment coordination, ensuring transparent processes and smooth operations.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance/controlling within an academic environment, SAP expertise, and fluent German/English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or administrative vocational training; further training in accounting or controlling is an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; academic/research setting is a plus (incl. previous ETH Zurich work).
• Strong SAP experience; advanced MS Office; fluent German and English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead Finance & Controlling with budget, forecasts and project finances.
• Handle procurement, invoicing, expense claims and payment processes.
• Support ETH Space office management and recruitment onboarding.
• Ensure transparent financial processes and effective internal communications.
