Zusammenfassung

Crypto Finance Group in Zurich invites you to join our Data & Analytics team to push our AI strategy forward, identify use cases across departments, engineer production-grade AI and automation solutions, and help build the firm’s AI governance practice. You will also contribute to the data platform underpinning Finance, Operations, and Risk reporting at Crypto Finance.

This hybrid role suits someone comfortable in workshops and in an IDE, with work spanning AI agents, deterministic automation,

Qualifikationen

3–6 years of relevant experience in AI/Data/Analytics.
Production experience with LLM applications including structured extraction and agentic patterns.
Strong Python and production-ready coding practices.
Solid SQL knowledge including window functions and joins.
Cloud experience, ideally GCP and BigQuery; familiar with regulated environments.
Professional English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

Identify, scope, and prioritize AI use cases across Compliance, Trading, Operations, Legal, Sales and Finance.
Engineer production data solutions: deterministic automations, AI agents, RAG systems.
Build an innovation lab to prototype and evaluate new use cases.
Maintain prompt and skill libraries as reusable assets.
Manage AI governance: inventory, risk classification, model cards, evaluation artifacts.
