Axpo Group is seeking a finance-focused AI expert to lead the central AI stream within our Finance Digital Team in Baden. You will shape the vision, drive the roadmap, and prioritize AI initiatives across Finance while acting as the main AI liaison to Group IT, Microsoft, Databricks and our GenAI community.

Qualifikationen

• Adegree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in AI, GenAI, data, digital transformation, software engineering, ML or related area.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the central AI stream within the Finance Digital Team, shaping the vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities across Finance and turn pain points into scalable, measurable cloud-based AI solutions.
• Guide the development of AI assistants, knowledge solutions, workflow automations and decision-support tools for Finance.
• Be the senior AI contact for the CFO area, connecting Finance with Group IT, Microsoft, Databricks, Langdock and Axpo’s GenAI community.
• Run practical workshops and discovery sessions, helping stakeholders understand AI capabilities and ensure adoption.
• Provide direction and mentoring to junior AI colleagues across Madrid while building reusable methods and components across Finance.
