Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead and scale a high-performing pre-sales team across Eastern Europe. You will mentor engineers, drive technical sales cycles, and align with executives to deliver value-based cloud and Data & AI solutions.

You will foster an inclusive culture, partner with regional marketing, and expand Databricks’ regional presence by engaging with customers, SI partners, and CSPs. Strong English and EE language skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading pre-sales or solutions architecture teams in SaaS/Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud data architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong C-level alignment and executive storytelling.
• Fluent English; one EE language preferred (Polish, Greek, Romanian, etc.).

• Scale and coach a high-performing pre-sales engineering team across Eastern Europe.
• Partner with Sales to forecast and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
• Establish value-driven pre-sales methodologies with strategic business outcomes.
