PulseRise Technologies LTD in Zürich is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments end-to-end at industrial, critical infrastructure and defense sites. You will connect core engineering with real-world implementation across edge hardware, cameras, sensors, and orchestration software.

This hands-on role requires strong Python, Linux, Docker skills, solid customer-facing experience, and the ability to travel ~50% across Switzerland and Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing on-premise infrastructure or edge hardware.
• Proven track record of integrating cameras, sensors, VMS platforms, or robotics.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role owning deployments end-to-end.
• Strong skills in Python, Linux, Docker, and networking; exposure to computer vision is a plus.
• Ability to debug across the full stack: hardware, network, drivers, models, and configuration.
• High EQ and confidence managing customer relationships under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Own customer deployments end-to-end at industrial, critical infrastructure, and military sites, from planning and installation to go-live.
• Install, configure, and maintain on-premise edge hardware such as NVIDIA DGX and Jetson devices.
• Integrate cameras, sensors, VMS platforms, and robotic systems with the orchestration software, building custom integrations where none exist.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, networking, drivers, models, and configuration, on-site and remotely.
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers, managing expectations and communications.
• Drive pilots to success and help convert them into production contracts.
• Provide field feedback to core engineering and product teams to scale deployment playbooks.
• Travel regularly (~50%) to customer sites across Switzerland and Europe.
