Arbeitnow is hiring a Field Engineer to own deployments, customer support, and operational excellence at customer facilities in Zürich. You will lead hands-on installations, diagnose issues, and drive process improvements across engineering, operations, and business teams.

The role requires robotics deployment experience, Linux skills, and frequent travel. Fluency in English and a valid driver's license are essential as you interact with diverse client sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Robotics or related engineering field.
• Experience deploying, integrating, and supporting robotics systems.
• Hands-on with mechanical assemblies and power tools.
• Hardware maintenance: wiring, soldering, and crimping.
• Comfortable working with Linux-based systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently for deployments and support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid car driving license.

Aufgaben

• Deploy, integrate, and support advanced robotic systems at customer facilities (airports, malls, stadiums, offices).
• Shape future robot iterations by collecting field insights for development.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable items for the team.
• Continuously improve field processes and optimize operational metrics.
• Teach customers how to integrate bots into facility operations.
